1. Thermoplastic vulcanized rubber sealing strip

It has poor heat resistance, cold resistance, relative density, oil resistance, solvent resistance, compression permanent deformation and wear resistance similar to chloroprene rubber. 2. Plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PPVC) sealing strip
The material is cheap and easy to obtain, has corrosion resistance, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance and various chemical reaction media, is resistant to combustion, and has high mechanical design strength; the disadvantage is that the plasticizer in the coordination system is easy to migrate, and as time goes by, the plasticizer is easy to migrate. It becomes hard and brittle, loses working elasticity, is not resistant to aging, and has poor weather resistance and low-temperature environmental performance. Generally dark products. It is suitable for occasions where the lighting is not strong, the changing temperature has little impact, and the climate and resource conditions are not harsh.
3. Surface coating materials
It is to coat the surface of the sealing strip with polyurethane, silicone, polytetrafluoroethylene and other substances to replace the traditional surface flocking process. The coated sealing tape has good wear resistance and smoothness. Especially the coated sealing tape has a small surface friction coefficient, which is beneficial to the sliding of doors and windows. Suitable for doors and windows with sliding doors and window frames. It is an alternative to traditional silicate strips.
4. Neoprene sealing strip rubber material
Compared with other rubbers, this kind of rubber has slightly worse performance, but better overall performance. Excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, heat resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance, excellent chemical inertness (chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, oil resistance), very good physical and mechanical properties (including wear resistance) wait. The storage stability is relatively poor, and hardening may occur during storage. Density is higher. Usually black. In addition, properties such as weather resistance and heat aging resistance are relatively outstanding. The temperature range is -30~120℃, and the maximum temperature in a short time is 150℃.
5. Nitrile rubber sealing strip
It has excellent oil resistance and solvent resistance, but is not resistant to ketones, esters and chemical chlorides. It is the main use of oil-resistant rubber sealing strips. The disadvantages are that it is easy to age, cracks in ozone and oxidation, and is resistant to cold and low temperatures.
